For more than eight years, Sophie has specialised in bridging the gap between Central European — particularly German-speaking — clients and the UAE business environment. She helps clients understand the opportunities, practical considerations and regulatory framework of establishing a presence in the UAE, while taking a personalised approach to structuring their business from the ground up.
Her work sits at the intersection of law, business strategy and relationship management, allowing her to provide practical, tailored solutions that go beyond simply setting up a company.

His expertise spans corporate finance, M&A, portfolio management, business strategy and development, with particular experience in complex transactions, financial restructuring, financial restructuring, debt optimisation, IPOs and bond issuances, joint ventures, liquidation and international business expansion.
Over the course of his career, Matthias has advised businesses and shareholders across a diverse range of industries, including technology, financial services and fintech, mining, energy, telecommunications, shipping, media, steel and retail.
